All service rates exclude parts, unless otherwise stated. You will be contacted when your repair is completed and are expected to pick your item(s) up in a timely manner to avoid storage fees. If you would like to save any old parts, you must tell employee at time of drop off. We are happy to help with install and do adjustments on parts purchased online or through other retailers but we reserve the right to increase our labor rates in these cases.
